Tara Suzette Jervis Boyd age 33 of Hazard, KY passed away July 27th.  Visitation will be after 6Pm Tuesday July 31st at the Faith Independence Freewill Baptist Church, Prestonsburg, KY.   Funeral services will be Thursday August 2nd at 12PM at the Faith Independence Freewill Baptist Church, Prestonsburg, KY. Burial will follow in the Little Mary Church Cemetery, Louisa, KY.
