Arlene Johnson Howell age 58 of Melvin, KY passed away July 11th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Friday July 13th at the Joppa Old Regular Baptist Church, Melvin, KY.  Funeral services will be Monday July 16th at 1Pm at the Joppa Old Regular Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Tilton Johnson Cemetery, Melvin, KY.
