Phillip Keith Whitten age 67 of Prestonsburg, KY passed June 30th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Sunday July 10th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday July 10th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY.
