Fannie Doris Conn age 71 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away July 11th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday July 12th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday July 14th at 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY.
