Belvia M, Howell, 89, of Prestonsburg passed away Thursday July 26th at Highlands Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11am Monday July 30th at Hall Funeral Home Chapel in Martin. Visitation will be held after Noon on Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Akers & Music Cemetery at Bonanza, KY.
