Patsy Sue Woods Crisp Osborne  age 75 of Bevinsville, KY passed away July 19th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Friday July 20th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Sunday July 22nd at 2PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY.
