Phyllis Carol Joseph age 77 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away July 10th.  Visitation will be after 5PM Friday July 13th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY.  Funeral services will Sunday July 15th at 2PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY.  Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY.
