Nancy Carrol Patton Tackett age 76 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away July 2nd.  Visitation will be from 1PM til 9PM Wednesday July 4th at the Hall Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday July 5th at 11AM at the Hall Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
