Hershel Joseph Sr.  age 64 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away July 2nd.  Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday July 3rd at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday July 5th at 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Auxier Relocation Cemetery, Auxier, KY.
