Jerry Mayo Leslie age 68 from Chapmanville, WV passed away May 11th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday May 15th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday May 16th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Leslie Family Cemetery.
