Charles "Buck" Richard Joseph age 67 from David, KY passed away May 3rd.  Visitation will be Sunday May 5th at 7PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday May 7th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Dewey Shepherd Cemetery.
