Clifford Smith age 82 from Garrett, KY passed away May 9th. Visitation will be 12PM until 3PM Saturday May 11th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday May 13th at 12PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Living Waters Cemetery.
