Jacquilline Carr Jarrell age 59 from Prestonsburg, KY passed away May 26th.  Visitation will be after 5PM Monday May 27th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday May 29th at 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens.
