Dallas Sparkman age 79 from Willard, Ohio passed away April 30th. Visitation will be after 6PM May 2nd at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday May 4th at 12PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Stephens Cemetery.
