Carl Reed age 72 from Prestonsburg, KY passed away May 2nd. Visitation will be after 4PM Saturday May 4th at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Monday May 6th at 11AM at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Hughes Family Cemetery.
