Vernie Prater Jr. "Blackie" age 61 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away April 11th. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday April 13th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY. Funeral services will be Sunday April 15th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY. Burial will follow in the Campbell Cemetery (Corn Fork).
