Arvel Shepherd age 57 of David, KY passed away April 15th. Visitation will be from 6PM til 11PM Tuesday April 17th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday April 19th at 2PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Ashland-Shepherd Cemetery, David, KY.
