Delbert Owens Akeman age 67 of Hindman, KY passed away April 21st.  Visitation will be Sunday April 22nd at 6PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday April 24th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Tivis Short Family Cemetery, Carrie, KY.
