Taulbee Branham Jr. age 68 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away April 26th.  Visitation will be after 3PM Friday April 27th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday April 28th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.   Burial arrangements are incomplete at this time.
