Joseph McKinney age 73 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away April 8th. Visitation will be from 6-9:30PM Monday April 9th at the Hall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday April 11th at 11AM at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Jeff Hunter Cemetery.
