Roe Thomas Boyd age 84 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away April 11th. Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday April 12th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday April 14th at 12PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Boyd Cemetery, Prater, KY.
