William "Bill" Paul Mitchell

William "Bill" Paul Mitchell age 83 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away August 14th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday August 15th at the Hall Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday August 16th at 3PM at the Hall Funeral Home.   Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens.
