Michael Wayne "Jackel" Blevins

Michael Wayne "Jackel" Blevins age 60 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away August 7th.  Visitation will be after 11AM Thursday August 9th at the House of Prayer (Brushy Fork).  Funeral services will be Saturday August 11th at 2Pm at the House of Prayer (Brushy Fork).   Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery, Eastern, KY.
