Estill Lee Fannin age 76 of Van Lear, KY passed away August 25th.  Visitation will be after 4PM August 27th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday August 28th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY.
