Billy Joe Combs age 53 of Pinetop, KY passed away August 1st.  Visitation will be Saturday August 4th at 6PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Hindman, KY.  Funeral services will be Sunday August 5th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Hindman, KY.   Burial will follow in the Combs Cemetery, Leburn, KY.
