Kem Osborne age 53 of Georgetown, KY passed away August 26th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday August 28th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be Thursday August 30th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.   Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY.
