Troy Owens  age 70 from Blue River, KY passed away February 26th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday February 27th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeralm services will be Thursday February 28th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier FuneralHome.  Burial will follow in the Webb Family Cemetery.
