Billy Lou Crider II age 49 from Prestonsburg, KY passed away February 3rd.  Visitation will be after 6PM Friday February 8th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Sunday February 10th at 12PM at the NElson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Ousley Cemetery.
