Jeffery Clark Martin age 49 from Prestonsburg, KY passed away February 9th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Monday February 11th a the Hall Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday February 13th at 1PM at the Hall Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Martin Family Cemetery.
