Judy Ann Pack age 68 from Science Hill, KY passed away December 19th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday Decemebr 22nd at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Sunday December 23rd at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Lucy Hall Cemetery.
