Connie Sue Perkins Bates age 63 from Hindman, KY passed away December 26th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday December 26th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be at 1PM Friday December 28th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Memory Gardens.
