Clay Smith age 78 from Prestonsburg, KY passed away Decemebr 16th.  Visitaion will be after 4PM Wednesday Decemeber 19th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday Decemebr 20that 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Watkins Cemetery.
