Julia Ousley age 90 from Martin, KY passed away October 7th. Visitation will be from 5 til 9PM Friday October 12th at the Hall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday October 13th at 11AM at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
