Betsy Cottrell age 64 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away October 8th.  Visitation will be from 11AM to 1PM Wednesday October 10th at the Hall Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday October 11th at 1PM at the First United Methodist Church, Presdtonsburg, KY.  Burial will be Richmond Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY.
