Dixon Jacobs age 67 of Hindman, KY passed away October 10th.  Visitation will be Friday October 12th at 6PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Sunday Ocotber 14th at 2PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Mountain Memory Gardens, Hindman, KY.
