Phyllis Jones Tackett age 75 of McDowell, KY passed away June 12th.  Visitation will be after 6PM June 14th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday June 16th at 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Tackett Cemetery, McDowell, KY.
