Frank Dean Prater age 66 of Garrett, KY passed away May 31st.  Visitation will be after 1Pm Saturday June 2nd at the Rock Fork Old Regular Baptist Church, Garrett, KY.  Funeral services will be Monday June 4th at 12PM t the Rock Fork Old Regular Baptist Church, Garrett, KY.   Burial will follow in the Vanhoose Cemetery, Wayland, KY.
