Herman Mullins Jr.  age 65 of Litt Carr, KY passed away June 15th.  Visitation will be Monday June 18th at 6Pm at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday June 19th at 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Mountain Memory Gardens, Hindman, KY.
