Ruth Couch age 81 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away May 29th. Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday May 31st at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday June 2nd at 11AM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Chandler Cemetery, Lackey, KY.
