Eddie Randall Blair age 43 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away May 2nd.  Visitation will be after 6Pm Thursday May 3rd and all day Friday May 4th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY.  Funeral services will be Saturday May 5th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY.
