Adron Herbert "Herbie" Ratliff Jr. age 60of Prestonsburg, KY passed away May 2nd.  Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday May 3rd at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday May 5th at 11Am at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Lafferty-Blackburn Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY.
