Garry Neal Howell age 62 of Prestonsburg , KY passed away February 16th. Visitation will be Friday February 17th at 6Pm until 11PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at Sunday 1PM February 19th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Music Cemetery.
