Billy Joe "Bill" Rogers age 81 of Jacksonville, Fla formerly of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday February 17th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday February 18th at 11AM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
