Charles Dean "Snock" Bates age 72 of Wayland, Ky passed away February 23rd. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday February 24th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday February 26th at 1PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Bates Family Cemetery at Wayland, KY.
