Francis "Junior" Elliott age 82 from McDowell, KY passed away August 3rd. Visitation will be after 5PM Monday August 5th at the Hall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday August 7th at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Tackett Family Cemetery.
