Donald Edward Collins age 59 from Prestonsburg, KY passed away August 11th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Monday August 12th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday August 14th at 12PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Lewis Burchett Cemetery.
