Ronald "Bill" Hughes

Ronald "Bill" Hughes age 64 from Garrett, KY passed away March 21st.  Visitation will be after 6PM Friday March 22nd at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Sunday March 24th at 1PM at the Martin Branch Freewill Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Mountain Memory Gardens.
