Famer Halbert Jr. age 54 from McDowell, KY passed away March 12th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday March 14th at the First Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be Saturday March 16th at 12PM at the First baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the John Penny Sizemore Cemetery.
