Jarrell Hartley age 84 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away Septemeber 7th.  Visitation will be at 4PM Sunday September 9th at the Little Salem Old Regular Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be 7PM Sunday September 9th at the Little Salem Old Regular Baptist Church.   Burial arrangements are incomplet at this time.
