Earl Bays

Earl Bays age 63 of Garrett, KY passed away September 13th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Monday September 17th at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday September 19th at 12PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY.
